Resolution Tactics

Resolution Tactics is a Mason, Ohio training facility that prepares people to respond well under pressure. We deliver immersive, scenario-based simulator training that builds judgment, communication, and decision-making in a controlled, high-fidelity environment.

Our students include law enforcement officers, private security teams, hospital and college campus security, educators, healthcare professionals, houses of worship, volunteer protectors, and civilians. Whether you carry a badge, walk a hallway, or simply want to be ready for the worst day of your life, the training meets you where you are.

Resolution Tactics is locally owned in Southwest Ohio by Scott and Shari Pickett. Scott brings deep technology expertise and champions simulator-based learning. Shari focuses on relationship-building and on empowering women to develop the skills, confidence, and actionable plans they need to protect themselves and the people around them.
