Personal Safety & Preparedness for Client-Facing Professionals

This class is designed for professionals who regularly meet clients in unfamiliar or uncontrolled environments. It builds confidence through awareness, planning, and informed decision-making while maintaining professionalism. Participants will learn: • Situational awareness and risk recognition • Professional boundary setting and communication strategies • Pre-appointment planning and safety protocols • Safe handling, storage, and basic operation of a handgun • Overview of non-lethal personal protection options The class concludes with guided time in our immersive simulator, where participants safely apply firearm safety principles and decision-making skills in realistic, scenario-based environments relevant to client interactions and site visits. This training provides practical tools that can be applied immediately in real-world professional settings. Includes 2-hour classroom + 1-hour facilitated immersive application.
